Intake 2026 application dates and rounds

Stay on track with the application timeline. You can submit your application in any of the following rounds:

Round 1 15 September 2025 – 2 November 2025
Round 2 10 November 2025 – 11 January 2026
Round 3 19 January 2026 – 1 March 2026
Round 4 09 March 2026 – 19 April 2026
Round 5 27 April 2026 – 01 June 2026

Round  1 – Available Year 1 University Choices

During Round 1, the following institutions are available for each programme as your Year 1 university:

  • Master’s in Renewable Energy:
    All Universities.

  • Master’s in Smart Electrical Networks and Systems:
    All Universities.

  • Master’s in Sustainable Energy Systems:
    All Universities.

  • Master’s in Nuclear Energy:
    All Universities.

  • Master’s in Advanced Energy Systems and AI:
    All Universities.

Key dates

  • Application opens: 15 September 2025
  • Application closes: 2 November 2025
  • Deadline for submission of proof of English: 2 November 2025*
  • Announcement of results: Early December 2025
  • Official letter from host university issued (for visa purposes): mid-April 2026**
  • Signing student agreement: June 2026***

** Local admission letters from your year 1 host university will be issued only after you have paid the registration fee (295 EUR) You will receive the invoice for the registration fee within two weeks after the deadline to accept your offer. 

*** The student agreement details your rights and obligations for studying in an InnoEnergy Masters+ programme, including information about your mobility, study trajectory, fees, any waivers – if applicable – and more. The agreement is signed between the student and iSE Foundation – legal entity in charge of the administrative and financial issues of InnoEnergy Masters+ programmes.

  • Application opens: 10November 2025
  • Application closes: 11 January 2026
  • Deadline for submission of proof of English: 11 January 2026*
  • Announcement of results: Early February 2026
  • Official letter from host university issued (for visa purposes): mid-April 2026**
