Through InnoMentoring, you’re matched with an InnoEnergy Masters+ alumnus who has already taken those first steps into the energy sector. These one-on-one conversations often become anchors, a space to ask questions you wouldn’t ask elsewhere, test ideas, and start building a clearer vision of your future.
At the same time, the Career Services Group keeps students and alumni connected in a dynamic, informal way, sharing opportunities, insights, and advice in real time. Sometimes it’s a job post. Sometimes it’s a quick tip. Sometimes it’s simply knowing that others are going through the same process.
Learning How to Be Seen
At some point, the focus shifts outward. You start looking for opportunities, and quickly realise that having the right skills is only part of the equation. Being able to present them clearly is just as important.
Through the CV and LinkedIn Writing Service, students build professional, ATS-friendly profiles that actually reach recruiters. A small shift on paper, but a significant one in outcomes.

By the time you move further into your master’s, you’re no longer just preparing for the industry, you’re engaging with it.
Through Virtual Career Fairs, you meet companies directly, wherever you are in Europe. Through Career Impact Challenges at ENLIT Europe, you work on real problems from leading energy companies, collaborating in teams, guided by mentors, and pitching solutions under real conditions.
Hackathons put you in fast-paced, hands-on environments where you tackle real energy challenges and often catch the attention of companies looking for exactly that kind of mindset.
