Turn an idea into something real
If you have an idea for a new energy solution, the Green Seed Journey gives you a structured way to explore whether it could become a real venture.
You move from an early idea through validation, business development and pitching, with guidance and feedback along the way. The journey gives you space to test assumptions, develop your concept and learn what it takes to build a start-up in the energy sector.
The experience culminates in the Green Seed Journey Final at Masters+ Connect, where selected teams pitch their ventures within the wider InnoEnergy ecosystem.
For some students, the journey goes further. Masters+ alumni have used Green Seed Journey to test early venture ideas, connect with co-founders and take the first steps towards companies they later built.

Careers+ begins in Year 1 and develops throughout both years of Masters+. Early activities focus on understanding your professional direction and strengthening your profile, while later opportunities bring you increasingly close to industry.
Yes. Services including InnoMentoring, the Job Board, Career Services groups, career webinars, Virtual Career Fairs and hackathons can support you across Years 1 and 2.
The Job Board can include internships, Master’s thesis projects, graduate programmes, part-time roles and full-time vacancies.
Careers+ creates opportunities to meet companies through events, fairs, challenges and the wider InnoEnergy ecosystem. Where appropriate, the team can also support targeted introductions based on your interests and career direction.
No. Careers+ gives you career support, industry exposure and access to opportunities, but recruitment decisions remain with individual employers.
