All applicants will be notified of the outcome approximately one month after the application deadline.
Missed a Deadline?
If you’re unable to submit your application before a specific deadline, you can still apply in the next application round. Your uploaded information and files will remain in your account — simply clone the application and select a new round.
You can also apply to different programmes in different rounds.
Please note: Applying multiple times to the same programme does not increase your chances of admission or receiving a scholarship.

-
A copy of your Bachelor’s degree certificate
-
A copy of your transcript of records
-
Proof of English proficiency (if required)
-
Your CV or resume
-
A copy of your passport
-
Where required, a motivation letter explaining why you wish to apply to the programme
Please note: Recommendation letters are not necessary and do not increase your chances of admission.
Application checklist
Candidates can apply to a maximum of two programmes per round in rounds 1, 2, 3 and 4; and to one programme in round 5.
Applicants may choose to apply in more than one round and therefore to various different programmes. Please note that applying multiple times to the same programmes does not increase chances of being accepted. Instead, we recommend you to contact our team of Study Advisors to discuss the best programme based on your background.
If you hold a Bachelor’s degree, you will need to upload a copy of your degree certificate. We require an assembled pdf with a copy of the certificate in its original language and a version translated into English by a licensed translator. If your original degree certificate and/or transcript are in English, no translation is needed.
If you have not yet graduated, you will need to upload one of the following documents:
- A written statement from your university’s administration office (or equivalent department), confirming that you are enrolled in the final year of your study programme and stating your expected completion date.
- A statement with your expected completion date and an enrolment certificate with the number of your current semester.
A Master’s degree is not required to join our programmes. If you have already completed a Master’s degree in a relevant field (i.e. energy, engineering, etc), please also submit a copy. If you hold a Master’s degree in an unrelated field (i.e. MBA), there is no need to upload any documents related to this study.
We need an assembled pdf with a copy in the original language and a version translated into English by a licensed translator of all the courses you have taken during your Bachelor’s degree. If your original transcript is in English, no translation is needed.
If your university issues transcript of records with the overall grade, please upload it with it.
Online courses in topics related to engineering and/or energy can be considered as an addition to your Bachelor’s degree. Submit proof of completion of such courses only when they are relevant to your programme of interest. Online courses in unrelated fields are not considered in the admission process. Please note that the primary basis for admissions are the courses covered during your Bachelor’s degree.
Research papers are not necessary. They will not be considered in the admission process. We advice to refrain from submitting them as part of your application.
If you have taken a “classe préparatoire” in France or a country with similar education system, please upload the transcript of each of the years of the classe préparatoire together with your other transcript (one pdf-document).

- All university transcripts and diploma(s) must be attested by the Higher Education
Commission (HEC). - This includes transcripts of incomplete studies if you haven’t yet completed your degree.
- The authenticity of your qualifications will be verified by us with HEC

- At the present moment, we have access to the HEC-attestation verification website,
so that we can verify the attestation numbers that are on scanned documents. - We therefore can accept scans with the HEC attestation clearly on them, as we do
not need to have these documents in paper, given that we can look up the
attestation numbers and check that the information provided on the verification
website lies in agreement with the uploaded documents. - Should we lose access to this facility, we would need the documents in paper with
the original stamps from the HEC on them in an envelope sealed by the HEC.

Appeals procedure
What happens if my application is rejected?
There are multiple reasons why your application may have been rejected. Perhaps you did not meet the general eligiblity criteria such as providing a proof of English proficiency – if applicable – or your profile is best suited for another of our programmes.
No worries. You may still apply again! But first, we recommend booking a personal consultation session with our Study Advisors to review your case individually. Book a 1-1 meeting here.
Appeals procedure
If you do not agree with the decision of your application, you can also contact the InnoEnergy Masters+ Admissions Office at admissionsoffice@innoenergy.com to discuss your case with them.
If the conclusion is not satisfactory, you may formally appeal the decision within one month after having received the rejection letter. Only decisions about general and specific entry requirements may be formally appealed. Scholarship decisions, incomplete or late applications, degree equivalencies or position in the admission ranking of a programme do not constitute grounds for a formal appeal. Please fill out this form, print it, sign it, scan it and send it via e-mail to admissionsoffice@innoenergy.com.
